一個精神病人多年來，總是對人家說他的胃里有一個啤酒瓶。有一天，他患上了盲腸炎要到醫院開刀，外科醫生和精神科醫生商議，趁機會去消除他這個古怪的幻想。手術后，病人慢慢蘇醒，醫生舉起一個啤酒瓶說：“你看，我們總算把它拿出來了！”“你們拿出錯了！”病人像瘋了一般的尖叫喊道：“我胃里的啤酒瓶是海尼根，才不是什么Taiwan啤酒叻！”
